Ian Lozada
Real Estate Agent, Elliman Merrick
Elliman Long Island Real Estate Agent
Ian comes to Douglas Elliman Real Estate with about 20 years of relationship based selling experience, most recently at Century 21 Dallow., Previously, he had a 9 year stint running his own wedding photography business. There are a lot of parallels between that industry and real estate, in that both require both a creative eye, an ability to see the possibilities and potential in spaces that aren't necessarily pulled out of a magazine, and most of all, patience and empathy to guide people through an emotionally charged process., While Ian enjoys working mainly with sellers, he also represents a few selected buyers. He has also earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation as a Realtor who has the training to shepherd older adults through the special challenges of dealing with real estate needs as they grow older., A proud graduate of Syracuse University, Ian grew up in Long Beach, but has lived in Baldwin for over a decade with his wife, Kristina, a special education teacher in the Mineola school district, and their three children, Caroline, Declan and Audrey, as well as their (mischievous) Jack Russell Terrier, Ginny., He is on the board of trustees for medical missions organization Bring Good News International, and is a sponsor and volunteer coach for the Baldwin Little League.
