About Me

Adam’s approach to business is to treat every client like his only client., A former fitness competitor before transitioning into real estate full time, Adam was the owner of a sports nutrition supplement distribution company based out of the Metropolitan New York area, with satellite locations in Miami, Florida and Connecticut., Adam comes to Douglas Elliman with extensive real estate experience in different facets of the industry. As a native New Yorker raised on Long Island, Adam had the privilege of growing up with the families of some of the largest real estate owners and landlords in New York City. As a result, he was exposed to the industry very early on. Adam purchased his first property in New York City at the age of 21, which he sold for an impressive profit a short time thereafter., A strong networker, Adam secured a unique opportunity to work for a speculative developer who holds the record for the most expensive single family home ever sold in South Florida. He credits this experience of watching a project of this magnitude from architectural drawings to the signed contracts, to enable him to understand the inner workings of real estate development as well as the marketing, negotiation and sales side of a transaction., Adam is not only versed in residential real estate, but specializes in commercial sales as well. Adam has represented several major pension funds in New York State in the acquisition and sale of large office buildings. Most notably, he was recently recognized in Crain’s for negotiating the complex transfer of land at 540 W. 48th street to the 99 year leaseholder (Holiday Inn) in a direct sale. By enveloping himself with the best in the industry, Adam prides himself on having a trained-eye to spot a deal and then flexing his negotiation muscle to insure that his client gets the best terms possible., When not working on a real estate transaction, Adam can be found working on his physique in one of the many Equinox gyms in New York or Miami Beach, where he splits his time, or at the dog run with his French bulldog. Some of Adam’s philanthropic interests involve being a sponsor and volunteer at the Special Olympics, as well as the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) and ASPCA networks.
