Taking on new projects and moving into different areas of the industry, she worked on new development and residential sales in Florida's Space Coast, was the exclusive agent for the Washington Nationals Spring Training baseball team and helped launch the Toll Brothers acquisition of Parkland Golf & Country Club. When a lucrative opportunity in vacation sales was afforded, Cassandra accepted and moved up quickly, managing a highly successful team. Thriving in all of these areas, and through the market downturn, Cassandra eventually returned to her first love in residential sales., With her finger firmly on the pulse of the market, Cassandra works with buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida and specializes in the luxury family homes and golf and oceanfront communities that make Parkland and the surrounding areas such a desirable place to live. Attending San Diego State College, she found a love of acting and traveled across Europe performing in many plays before attending the prestigious Howard Fine Acting Academy and the master class at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. After 12 years in California, Cassandra returned to South Florida where she enjoys living a holistic lifestyle, surfing, sailing, paddle boarding, running and is a certified scuba instructor. When time allows, she volunteers within her community, teaching yoga to underfunded schools, at risk youth and kids in distress. She is a dedicated advocate of the benefits of the "South Florida lifestyle" and loves sharing them with friends, family and clients.
