Elliman Florida Real Estate Agent
For years a regular visitor to Fort Lauderdale, David Dapko bought a beachfront condo there in 2013. Three years later, he decided to pull up stakes in New York City, where he had held leadership roles in top marketing and communications firms for two decades, relocate permanently to his vacation getaway, and combine his customer-centric marketing skills with his personal passion for real estate by joining Douglas Elliman., Known for his congenial personality, entrepreneurial spirit, and natural ability to gain trust, create enthusiasm, and build strong business relationships, David has always believed such personal connections are the cornerstone of success. Consequently, he sees creating an authentic partnership with each client as Job One. Described as possessing an infectious creative energy, a hands-on innovative leadership approach, and a passion for understanding customers' needs, he believes that for every buyer there exists a seller with the perfect house, and is determined to bring the two together., In addition to a partnership approach, David offers clients a cutting edge understanding of today's marketing and communications tools. As a senior executive creating integrated marketing campaigns for such blue-chip clients as Target, Unilever, T-Mobile, and Microsoft, he understood that one size does not necessarily fit all and learned which particular channels work best to reach the right buyers and sellers., David earned an M.A. in Telecommunications and B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and, as a former varsity cheerleader and proud Nittany Lion, was inspired to create the Endowment for Alumni Association Away Game Pep Rallies. In his off time, he enjoys fine food, travel, adventure novels, and photography. He also volunteers as vice president of the Southpoint Condominium Association.
