For 15 years he was an owner and broker for a Century 21 company in Milford, Pennsylvania - a popular northeast weekend getaway for New Yorkers. In his first year with the company, Ed was top sales agent and went on to achieve the Century 21 Centurion Producer award for the next three years. In 2004, he was honored as the top sales agent for the entire Northeast Pennsylvania Century 21 Territory., As a manager for the company, Ed oversaw all aspects of the real estate business and worked closely with his sales associates and clients to consistently secure his company's position as a top producer for the area. He understands the value of being a great listener and strives to address any concerns a client may have to maintain positive productivity. His straightforward and impeccably honest approach to real estate has been the key to his success and basis for his strong client rapport., Prior to living in Milford, Ed resided in Downtown Brooklyn in pursuit of an acting career in NYC. It was there that he first became involved in real estate when the renowned MetroTech Business Improvement District moved into the area. As a neighborhood volunteer, he became chairman of the committee that helped relocate 11 square blocks of residents, business owners and loft-dwellers., Originally from Ashland, Wisconsin, he has been involved with the performing arts for many years. He has Bachelor's degrees in vocal music and theatre, including an education degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He also studied acting and musical theatre in the graduate program at the University of California, Irvine. Ed began his acting career while living in NYC, in both television and regional theatres. He also performed in a number of music revues including his own act at cabaret clubs., As a big believer in giving back to the community, Ed has been very involved in many charitable and public service organizations. This belief led him to support the development of an all-accessible playground for children named Firefly Field - a playground where all kids can play, share and learn in a joyful environment regardless of a child's abilities or disabilities. The park was created in Matamoras, Pennsylvania by founders, Joseph and Ronnie Biondo of the Biondo Investment Advisors. Ed's involvement resulted in his debut published work as an author/composer entitled Fireflies and Shooting Stars which received the prestigious Mom's Choice Awards Silver Seal of Excellence, the Moonbeam Children's Book Awards Gold Medal and the USA Book News Top Winner in Children's Fiction. With over 80 illustrations and 12 original songs, the story addresses the challenges of being different and having the determination to fit in., Ed has had a home in Fort Lauderdale for a number of years and is very familiar with the area and its community. With his well-rounded and diverse background, he is determined to provide his clients with the best possible real estate experience.
