Hello,I look forward to working with you!I pride myself in listening carefully to the people I work with, and helping them find their ideal home, or sell their property--- quickly, easily, and happily.I have enjoyed a successful career in real estate for over 30 years. What I like most about real estate, besides learning about the architecture, is working with and getting to know the people I work with. Since there are often challenges in the process, I also enjoy the problem solving. I grew up in the Chicago area. I received a BA from Vassar College, in cultural history, a "Certificat" from the Sorbonne at the University of Paris, and an MA from Columbia University.I taught high school in New York City, worked in urban and community development, educational and social service consulting, and issue-oriented opinion research.Since my background has always been service oriented, this orientation effects the approach and values I bring to real estate. I try to creatively help people accomplish what they want, and to sensitively help them through the entire process.I raised my twin daughters in Manhattan. They attended Trinity School and Stuyvesant High School, so I am aware of concerns and joys of families in NYC. I live with my husband on the Upper West Side.I enjoy selling diverse types of properties, and find it interesting to explore different areas. Recently, for example, I sold a grand mansion on Central Park West, a lovely coop on Park Avenue, a charming home on West End Avenue a unique condo in the 30's, and a fabulous loft in Tribeca.I work frequently with referrals from enthusiastic buyers and sellers.
