Well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate business with a penchant for diverse marketing strategies and cost effective market development solutions, Imad Akhrass is an incredibly tech-savvy 18-year veteran of the luxury real estate business. Hailing from Homs, Syria, Imad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from Syria's second largest university, Aleppo University. He quickly advanced in the fields of finance and IT, eventually heading the MIS department for the largest private held company in the United Arab Emirates. Upon moving to the U.S., Imad chose to add real estate to his already impressive portfolio earning his real estate license during the height of the booming market. Most recently, Imad proudly holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Canyon Acquisitions, the largest master-planned development in Belize. Specializing in high-end transactions, Imad has closed hundreds of deals, totaling more than $2 billion dollars over a sixteen year period. In addition to such enormous success in closings, Imad's operational experience, coupled with his vast technical knowledge, has led him to become the driving force behind the creation and implementation of a state-of-the-art communication network across multiple offices. When Imad isn't working, he enjoys an active lifestyle including regular tennis matches and spending time with his family including his son and daughter. He is happy to call South Florida home and we are proud to have him as a member of our team.
