JILL FERRARI-ROSEN, DOUGLAS ELLIMAN, A licensed broker, Jill Ferrari-Rosen brought her expertise to Douglas Elliman after enjoying many years of varied real estate experiences. As an attorney, she held positions at two Connecticut real estate law firms, and more recently worked for several years as a residential and commercial real estate attorney in New York City. Jill has also had extensive involvement in her family's residential and commercial investments in Fairfield County. Her insight and broad perspective on the real estate process from the emotional, financial and legal angles help clients make wise decisions and streamline their transactions., Originally from Westport, CT, Jill earned her BA degree in Literature and Drama from Clark University and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She has lived in New York City since 1988. She currently resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and two children., Jill is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the New York and Connecticut Bars. She has been an active member of the New York Junior League since 1998, where she has taught visual and performing arts in public schools. Through the NYJL, Jill currently volunteers with Senior Citizens at Mount Sinai Hospital's Martha Stewart Center for Living. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, golf and time at her vacation home in Westport, Connecticut.
