John Ross (J.P.) attended Suffolk's Sawyer School of Business in Boston before studying at College of Charleston where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate and Finance. J.P. also enjoyed studying historic preservation in Charleston, America's first city to create a Historic Preservation ordinance., Earning his first real estate license as a college freshman, J.P. worked and interned, throughout his undergraduate years, doing residential leasing, multifamily property management, and underwriting of commercial real estate. In 2013 J.P. joined Douglas Elliman to focus on a career in his native Palm Beach., In his first two years as part of the Elliman team, J.P. has focused his business from Jupiter south to Delray, selling and leasing property in Ocean Ridge, Hypoluxo Island, Boynton, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm, Singer Island, and Palm Beach Gardens. Servicing his clients is always J.P.'s top priority. Whether it means reaching out to an international client in the middle of the night or even teaming up with a colleague to better represent his client in a neighborhood he is less familiar with, J.P. strives to provide his clients with the best service possible., J.P. is a resident of the historic Northwood district, where he lives with his 100lb German Shepherd, Harvey. He loves and embodies the South Florida lifestyle and when he isn't showing property, J.P. might be found on one of the area's beautiful beaches or waterways paddleboarding, wakeboarding, scuba diving, or fishing. He also enjoys volunteering as a defensive coach for the Benjamin High School Lacrosse team.
