On the other, it entails seeking new opportunities, navigating multifaceted relationships and processes and retaining the flexibility and creativity needed to secure the best deals for sellers and buyers., Trilingual in English, Spanish and Hebrew, Liat was raised in an Argentinian household and grew up moving between Israel and the US. Having lived in over a dozen homes, she is personally familiar with the realities of moving and works to ensure that her clients' experiences are not only smooth, but also rewarding. She is passionate about New York and has explored its many sides up-close having lived in Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens and Westchester. With extensive experience working with local and international clients, Liat is dedicated to providing outstanding personalized service to help clients sell and locate their ideal home across these diverse neighborhoods., Liat holds a BA in Human Rights and Film from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College in Manhattan and an MA in International Development from American University in Washington DC. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Liat piloted the first Israeli accelerator to help entrepreneurs develop commercially-viable innovations to solve critical emerging-market challenges. Before that, she worked with a former Israeli minister at his strategic consulting and investment firm. Liat is also co-founder and director of The Jeneba Project, an organization that expands educational opportunities for youth in Sierra Leone. She has worked at the American Bar Association in DC and has held multiple fellowships including as a United Nations University Junior Professional Fellow. In her free time, Liat enjoys producing documentaries and is an avid traveler.
