M. Lee Holen
Employment Lawyer, Lee Holen Law Office
Employment Lawyer in Anchorage, AK
After almost 40 years of having a trial practice in the field of employment law, I am changing the focus of my practice in 2017. I will continue to work in employment law, however, for short term engagements to help employees, employers, or other attorneys resolve their legal issues in a number of ways short of litigation. Potentially, there can be more than one way to proceed, and different methods work better than others in different situations with different risks, costs, and results. If there is a need for litigation, I also will commit to assisting in finding and consulting with the trial attorney on the case.
I anticipate being available to meet with individuals and to discuss and evaluate their situations and options, and then decide together on the best way for the client to move forward.
