Given his extensive experience in finance, Pascal is particularly adept at assessing the investment value of residential and commercial properties for his clients., As a 40-year resident of Manhattan, Pascal's clients are also well-served by his personal knowledge of the NYC real estate market, his sensitivity to current market trends, contextual anecdotes, and his finely honed negotiation skills., Pascal began his real estate career in 1999. He spent several years with commercial and real estate investment firms where he transacted the sale of buildings and development sites.
